HOW TO SHARE GOD’S LOVE THIS MONTH
February is often associated with love because of the celebration of Valentine’s Day on February 14th. Many believe that the origins started in remembering the martyr St. Valentine, but no matter the origin as Christians, we are called to share God’s love every day of the year! Yet, in recognition of February as the month of love, below are some ways that you can help share God’s love this month (and every day of the year!):
Share a smile or word of encouragement with a friend or stranger
Pray for someone (a friend or stranger)
Volunteer at a local nonprofit or help someone in need
Share a Scripture verse or word of encouragement on social media
Sharing God’s love doesn’t always have to be a big gesture but can be shown in small acts of kindness! Blueprint’s mission is to follow God’s lead in helping to serve inner-city families of San Antonio. Our spring camps start in a couple of weeks and we are excited to see how God’s love can be shared with our homeowners.
